Would anyone be interested in pushing medical tourism packages, particularly breast enlargement? Target audience would be UK, Ireland, UK, Scandinavia mostly. These countries are best due to current market price, but in theory it is not limited to any country.
Regarding US audience - I am not sure if that could be viable because of long travel, flight tickets. Savings might not be enough.
Packages would be 2500-3000Eur and commisions would start at 500Eur per package.
These packages sell, I know it first hand.

Just testing the waters, would there be any interest?
Maybe somebody is already working in medical tourism niche?

Thanks

To be honest I thought this was the easiest part. Its just the matter of which affiliate tracking software to use. Usually its tracked via referral code / cookie.
Initial deposit is usually done via CC. Sometimes clients want to pay via bank transfer or even paypal. In those cases manual confirmation of payment and commission allocation to affiliate would be needed.

Those are just technical things, I would consult with specialists on how it would be best to set it up.

I am keen to hear your suggestions about what would be the best tracking practice as well.

Women in the US have HUGE breasts. Fucking HUGE!!!!

Problem is that most of them are FAT. They need diet plans and liposuction, not bigger breasts.

A lot of us would be interested if it was done professionally with solid tracking and affiliate resources.

I'm personally always on the lookout for high-paying affiliate programs (c.f. $500+ per lead/sale). These bitches are hard to find.

I'm as trusting as the next guy, but to quote Reagan:

Trust, but verify

Trust issue is always there, as long time affiliate myself I know that.

One tool that affiliates like is test signups. They signup as a customer and test if they got sale credited. After that they just inform program and get their test money back. This would be no problem. And could be done on a regular basis.
Thing is that I want to have genuine operation and I need affiliates to make money so that they would continue sending leads.

I am open to all kind of suggestions how to make tracking as solid as possible.

If i had to draw the line somewhere, sending women to get tits that cost half as much and look twice as shitty, would totally be that line.

Good, then you would be interested in working with me, where tits cost half as much and look the same or better

Not all breast implants are the same. If it is silicone, they are much more noticeable. Saline is much harder to notice. If it is inserted through the underarm procedure that doesn't leave a scar underneath the breast, and the woman has had kids (so the skin of the breasts is stretched already) it can be virtually impossible to detect.

Morning Sherlock is best Sherlock. When you have to hide your product behind a muscle you kind of acknowledge it's shitty. Rationalize selling that shit all you want.

Now when I think about tracking, it really may be difficult to track in some cases.
Example scenarios:
a) deposit made via CC, easy to track via any aff. software
b) deposit not made via CC, but via bank. Not so easy. Options could be tracking by email/leads. They signup and that email is attributed to affiliate and when payment is made manually attributed commission. However what if visitor does not signup via form and rather just sends an email. That would be impossible to track. Unless email/phone would not be displayed anywhere and only signup/contact form used.
That would make it easy to track as well, but main page might look shady to customers if no contact details (other than contact/signup form) would b displayed.

Just some brainstorming here ^

That being said, on a funny note, I saw similar niche aff. offer and their "tracking" is most primitive possible: you must inform them when you send a client. You somehow collect client info and then send an email to the program saying that: I referred this and that emails to you.

sounds like a shitty offer with a shitty commission. thanks for the idea though. i'll create my own body part enlargement offers and undercut you, and i'll sell at wherever you try to sell them so that you'll make zero monies and go broke and die homeless. im backtracing the ips on all your domains and tracking systems. good luck bro
