This. Doesn't reflect on the passion if they are truly serious about brewing beer. They could do food pairings to enhance the customer experience. Ever watch Beer Geeks?

Every brewpub I know of serves food, and usually really good food. These guys are missing a big opportunity to increase their clientele, status and bottom line.

That is true, but they will also pick up some business from people who are tired of having all of their personal interactions legislated.

And for that extra business, all they had to do was print a snarky menu. The ROI there is off the fucking charts. Here are some people who are probably really good at brewing beer... but the menus they print (for now) are worth thousands.
