Build links to my pages other then my homepage?

So ive been reading alot and decided to try my work in SEO. I see that one of my pages (Lets call it whatever -- homepage .com /WHATEVER.htm) is showing up on page 5 of google without me doing anything...

would one want to use xrumer, or a few link providers to build backlinks to that specific page?

Ive got about 10k homepage backlinks according to yahoo, and i never did nothing for the internal pages...

Well, that depends on where you want to send your traffic to. Building backlinks is one of the most important aspects of your business.

If you want that page to make it to the first page of Google, then use Xrumer or reputable link providers to make that happen.

All in all, you really want that page to be optimized for a specific keyword or keyword phrase.
