Here's a suggestion: solicit a topic, write the article, and post it in your thread. If you are serious about improving your writing ability, the public feedback may prove invaluable.

If you offer free reviews privately, you will attract free review whores. There are two whores that troll this section of the forum. If you provide them review copies, you will learn nothing that improves your writing.
