A quick question guys...

Where do you go to bulk domain search without the fear of them stealing your domain ideas?

Thanks!

I just type the domain I want straight in the browser.

If nothing shows up, its usually available 90% of the time.

i used godaddy bulk register. up to 500 domains at once. i don't know if they steal your domains but its never happened to me.

I just generated 5 million domain names by Java program. So maximum is only 500 per search.. Humm....

GoDaddy is clean I ran a bulk search 6 months back through them and my IT guy did not register the names I sent him for some reason. Went to put them to work today and every single one of them was still available.

And before some asswipe says those names must suck, they are very niche + in a foreign language.

That tip should be worth some money to someone smart....

Domaintools bulk whois is great: fast, simple output, not cluttered with ads:

Bulk Check

I also think domaintools is a reputable company overall, I trust them not to steal domain ideas.

Set up your own whois script, there are free ones available.
Usually they can query official or kinda official whois servers.
May not be as fast as using someones elses unless you set it up to use proxies.

I also use moniker's bulk search. I used namecheaps until 30 domains at a time wasn't enough anymore. Godaddy is too captcha-happy for me, I can't stand their site.

I reg most of my domains at namecheap so I just use their 'Bulk Domain Search' feature (I believe you need to be a member to use this feature), that's the only thing I use and it's get the job done.
