About me

18, UK,
An A level student. Studying following; Maths, Physics and Economics.

Reading on internet marketing forums like warrior, dp, wicked fire and many other internet marketing forums for 2 years have done various projects. (I.e. blogs, image hosting etc.... )
Which has produced a descent amount of income? But no were near being able to living off it.
So I want to do something long term.

First off this is no quick rich scheme it is an online investment and will only return in the long run.
The proposal is 100% commitment (working hours is explained in The position/hours)
This is not for people who have bills to pay. Unless you can work around it and still but 100% commitment.


The proposal

Video game blog; Platform - wordpress then either joomla or drupal
Which will have; reviews, previews, videos etc..
This will be in a sub niche i.e. one console and one genre (i.e. xbox –first person shooter)

Costs/income

Have a brandable domain name (.com)
Hosting most likely @ justhost.
Any capital made will be split 50/50

Willing to invest £200 Sterling. Around $350
This will be mainly for a word press design.
Maybe 1 month of wordtracker
If you want to add anything this will be discussed later.

The position

The position, an article writer.
English being first language.
Enjoy playing video games.
Have some flair in your writing.
MOST IMPORTANT ENJOY WRITING!

Have the required console. You don’t have to buy games this will be discussed when position is fulfilled.
Hours
You can work when you like at least 2-3 articles (300-XXXX words) per week. Before execution of site, need at least 10 articles. As site expands this will increase but a percentage can be outsourced reducing work load.



My job
SE0: (you can help if you want)
Design work (i.e. Logo)

Programming i.e. html etc... May need to be outsourced as stated above. (Word press design)

When the site becomes larger, less will be done by us and increase in out sourcing.

I am asking for this position because I can’t write and market it’s too much for me. Especially a site like this. And outsourcing all the content will cost too much.

How can you come here asking for a business partner (which then turns out to be a article writer) and then promote yourself like that? One of the aspects of your part of the deal you mention is you will do the programming, 'i.e. html etc...', right, good luck... Which also then turns out that your actually referring to Wordpress Design. Damn right it would have to be outsourced.

So being your business partner is worth less to you than hiring someone in a country with £200/mo labour?

Your plan ain't going to make shit either, you'd be better off building things on your own in the beginning and try to find someone who trade ideas with or someone who's willing to teach you a little about what's happening.

What are your SEO achievements and post a logo you've designed.
