Buying linkbuilding service , new good policy can now track you down?

So base on the new privacy policy google is pushing out, if you are buying linkbuilding service, whether it's bookmark or whatever and get report through your email, wouldn't google be able to track you down now that they actually read your email?

Any risk to getting your site, or adsense account killed? Let's discuss

Erm... if you're that worried why not just use hotmail or something?
