Does anyone have any experience/pro-tips on buying sites that are already established and generating income on Flippa? What to look for (other than the super obvious stuff like no age, huge drops in traffic) what to look out for, how to tell if its a good deal or what the site is actually worth etc.? Is it worth it or are they mostly ripoffs? Any/all advice is welcomed.
