I like that one too. When it does not have the size I want I copy the corners and pattern stamp the parts I dont have in photoshop.

Then they can be as tall or as wide as you want.

Arrows can easily be added if you have photoshop, takes 30 seconds to add an arrow exactly like in the example image using the custom shape tool.
