Can anyone recommend a good real estate book?

Title says it.

I'm looking to learn more about investing in real estate, and before taking any courses on the side or whatever, I'd like to read a few good books.

I'm mostly interested in owning rental properties, or any piece of real estate that can pay it's own bills.

Any suggestions from the masses?

For RE investing 101, I highly recommend downloading Biggerpockets free ebook -- they also have a nice list of real estate books.
