I've had a bit of success with affiliate marketing, and I want to get things set up right and protect myself, and also ensure that uncle sam doesn't bend me over when it comes time for taxes.
I'm asking here because the best advice I got was to ask other people in the same type of business who they use/recommend. Perhaps someone that is familiar with the affiliate marketing business model. (I was also told to seek out a "tax lawyer", as they are usually very good/aggressive.) I haven't set up my business entity yet, but it seems that the s-corp makes sense.
So, do you do business in NJ, and can you recommend a good tax lawyer/accountant that saves you thousands of dollars each year? (I'm in the south jersey/philly area, but it doesn't entirely matter)
