I'm thinking of starting a blog about the iPhone and wonder if anyone is up to speed on this subject? I see there are several iphone blogs already out there... I wonder if Apple has gone on a witch hunt with other products (iMac, IPod, etc.)

Or... maybe I should just use a folder such as whatever.com/iphone and maybe this will be safer?

Any thoughs r appreciated

Yeah, I bet with the huge popularity of the iPhone that these iphone domains/blogs are gonna get nuked if they have the trademark name in em'. They're probably gonna get hardcore pretty soon about it.

I think I'm gonna play it safe and use a subdomain or folder.

My goal is to pay off my monthly iphone bill which is gonna suck!

Yes, sub-domain/dir can be removed or amended,
no need to touch/change your TLD domain.

Addon, other accessories or related stuffs can be put in too,
eg fuuny stories about how people use the phone etc.

I used "ipod" in my domain and got my cj aff with Apple cancelled (after using it for 2 years) but no C&D from Apple yet.

(Sorry to re-open a dead thread)

Could a company send you a C&D for having their brand in a subdomain (i.e. nike.runnningshoes.com)?
