Documents obtained from Edward Snowden reveal the extent of the cyberwarfare techniques used by Canada’s Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC) – including the capacity and will to perform ‘false flag’ operations, where responsibility for cyberattacks, counterattacks or other intelligence-related activity is misattributed to individuals, groups or nation states.

Now that the extent of the CSIS mission is starting to come out, it's a little scary to know they're that involved. Everyone likes to bitch about the NSA, but it's not like CSIS is taking a back seat here. Especially with Bill C-51 coming about, which could potentially curtail Canadian rights far more than the Patriot Act did for Americans.

As usual though, nobody gives a shit. Did you hear about Justin Bieber's latest haircut?

No. What kind of haircut did he get?

I have never protested anything in my life - but I actually contacted my local member of parliament about bill C-51 I feel so strongly against it.

No, but I heard he got sued for $1M by a man named Schwartz for egging his house.

Never mess with KHAZARIANS, be they next door or in the Intelligence communities.

If the incentive of war is greater than the potential for future technology to be our salvation, the first front line of this next war is going to be the digital. Isn't it better that we have the capabilities and knowledge to conduct offense and defense?

The real issue will always be lack of oversight and accountability, not the fact that Communications & Security Establishment Canada is doing exactly what they were designed to do. In order to protect a system you can't simply look up defensive strategies, you need to learn the scope of the attacks and learn counter-measure.

It's ridiculous to believe that other major global players that aren't overtly friendly or who would end up against Canada in a war aren't doing the exact same preparations. Imagine the scenario where Canada didn't have these capabilities and came under attack, every system critical or not would get obliterated in one day.

That being said... every item in the slideshow was known and practiced at least 20 years ago. Perhaps the real purpose of these 'leaks' is to build a digital Panopticon within the public mind. To carryover humans from present to until A.I. gains its final stranglehold on our perception, through its near infinite processing and analysis capabilities of the gargantuan databases collected for its consumption.
