Its funny that they didnt bother to mention Singapore. its not a tax haven per say, but estimated 10% of world's wealth is now parked in singapore. Trillions of dollars are parked in private banking and funds. The banks have strict non-disclosure, which i heard US is pushing to change right now.

There is so much money here, its not even funny.
