Hey just wanted to check with all the E-Lawyers here.... I received my bill via email and this line was a the bottom of it:
Tax & Surcharge Base Changes
Effective 4/1/13, Sprint will be changing tax systems for charges such as insurance & premium content. This update may cause an increase of taxes and/or surcharges on your bill for these products. For details of taxes & surcharges, visit sprint.com/taxesandfees.

This is in the contract and terms that you sign:
If a change we make to the Agreement is material and has a material adverse effect on Services under your Term Commitment, you may terminate each line of Service materially affected without incurring an Early Termination Fee only if you: (a) call us within 30 days after the effective date of the change; and (b) specifically advise us that you wish to cancel Services because of a material change to the Agreement that we have made. If you do not cancel Service within 30 days of the change, an Early Termination Fee will apply if you terminate Services before the end of any applicable Term Commitment.

I made my first attempt today and they said that is not considered an adverse change, sorry but me paying more for 4g that shouldve been rolled out a while ago and still get shit service seems like an adverse change to me. Just wanted to throw this out there see if anyone else wants to attempt and if the succeed let me know. Figured it would be a great time since the S4 should be out end of the month? Also any suggestions on Att or verizon these new data plans suck but the service im getting with sprint is just horrible.

P.S anyone got those cool surveys so I could just win my S4?

they had the best plans rate wise and I was young at one time ;) I have like a sero account or something. But finally getting tired of the shitty service and I want to upgrade to the s4

tax and surcharges are governmental fees. . . where do you think they get the money for those "free obama phones" these fees rolled out the last year i was in wireless.
