Can't Access New Account/IP created in WHM

I created a new account on my server in WHM and it's the last available IP on this dedicated box. However, after creation, I can't access the IP via FTP or even directly in a browser. It just won't connect for some reason.

Also, the domain name won't resolve to the newly setup account / ip ether, and I'm 110% sure I have the nameservers correct.

Is there anyway this IP could be locked up somehow on the server, not allowing the ip or domain to resolve? I know it's not the server itself, because if I do an addon domain to a different ip on the same server, everything resolves fine. It's just this one ip. Any idears?

Try rebuilding the IP address pool in WHM or restarting the DNS service (bind).

But if you can't connect to the IP directly with FTP then something's wrong with the config's related to the IP itself.

At least that's my guess without lookin' at it.

Damn it must just be that one IP cause it just won't resolve. I'm going to get Host Gator to look and see if they can find a problem. I had a few available IP's on another server so I just set it up there without issue. Thanks for the suggestion though. Appreciate it.
