Capoeira is an excellent workout, but it can't stand up to other serious martial arts in a fight.

NEver back down, it was an ok fight movie..

I thought it was the worse fight film I've ever seen! Imagine crossing Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift with UFC; and it all the wrong ways!

If you wanna see Capoira this is quite a cool scene from Tom Yum Goong (also known as Warrior King) which has Tony Jaa in it from Ong Bak fame. The Capoira fighter reminds me of Eddy from Tekken.
