I realized it today only. I caught this guy scrapping posts from one of my blogs. He would scrape my stuff, post it on his blog and also tweet about it like it was his. But the thing is there's a disclaimer on his footer that the source of his content is my website but it's not hyperlinked to my site. He's definitely using a bot to get the content. And he might be making money because his site is laden with ads. My site is not that big and I honestly think that my content is not that great either so I'm not really sure why he's doing this. But anyway, is there anything that I can do to make this stop? Is pursuing it by legal means worth it? Can this be considered stealing (there's a disclaimer that he's getting it from my site but it's not linked)

just redirect his ip to google.com, or makemoniesonline.com then you wont have to deal with him anymore.
