Just a quick question

what happens when one of your sales is charged back?

I suppose that, if that sale generated a $xx commission, your commission is canceled and your account goes back to TOTAL - $xx, right?

yep... that commission gets deducted. a conversion might as well never happened.

That depends on the particular affiliate program you are promoting. It will get deducted automatically for example in clickbank, but maybe not on some other offers through some ad networks.

Chargebacks are built into the CPA that you're getting (that's part of the reason why you get $40 when they're billing $80). Higher chargebacks are usually noticed immediately - advertisers watch their products billing very closely, especially these days.
