Forum profile backlinks can be pointed to web2.0, articles, social bookmarks, etc. You can also point them directly to your money site.
You can use any amount of urls and any amount of keywords.
All the keywords and urls will be spread randomly - this means you can't specify keywords for some url, and other keywords for another url (but you can just get order 2 different packages for that)
Most of the profiles will contain 3 links with proper anchors.

Forum posts
It's really hard to get your profiles indexed, so a good idea is to blast them with posts. Posts get indexed much quicker, help your profiles to get indexed and pass good amounts of link juice. But the time of their life usually is much shorter, so it's not recommended to point links from the posts to your money site.
You can put as many links in the forum posts as you want, but i recommend to keep it under 10 links.
