Got my report for a small package from seodon. Moved my site up a spot or two on page 1 for a geo-specific term. As usual, great work with low OBL's and high PR.
 
I'm a little skeptical about the value of do-follow blog comments. For a couple of reasons:

1. On do-follow blogs, especially on pages that actually have authority (page rank), there are so many links on the page, that the link juice flowing out of each one is diluted.

2. Google's pretty smart. Don't you think they can tell the difference between a contextual link in the content of a page, and a comment?

That said, I don't mean to come across offensively. I'm open minded, and I'd love to see some compelling proof that this works in competitive markets.
