Placed an order for a small package, one week later and here I'm, writing a review. The report is simple, but good. URLs show exact location of comments, so you don't have to look for them manually. The report also includes PR of blogposts and anchor text used.
seodon has provided 4 additional comments as a bonus, which is always appreciated, so + for that!
I did a random check and all the comments are in place. The lowest OBL I've seen is 40+, the highest is around 300. Some blogs are in English and some are in other languages. The comments are generic i.e. nice post, helped me a lot. All posts have PR2+ as promised.

Would be nice to have an ability to select blog niches and languages. Though it could be a bit hard as I guess there are not that many Dofollow PR1+ blogs. Drip feed option would also be nice.

Overall the service is good, recommended.

Good work, but there are some notes:

1. Comments at pr6 page are shown by AJAX, so google will not index it.
2. 2 links from 20 is absent (not passed filters?)
3. 1 link from 4 BONUS links is absent

Theless, it's good result for like 'manual' posting
I hope, all understand that you can't get real manual posting for $15.

I put in an order for 2 packages on May 30th.

1st package: medium package for a new site with medium competitive keywords (adult niche)
2nd package: large package for a different new site (less than 1 year old) with 2 low competitive and one medium competition (finance niche).

Received report for both packages on June 5th, so 5 stars for speed

I waited a few days to write this review so I could monitor the SERP a bit and see how well the backlinks stick.

Now, one week later, link status as of today:

1st package: PR 6 link no longer there (0/1) (2 promised in package)
PR 5 2/5 are still alive. (6 promised in package) This does not include one of which is a HEAVILY spammed page - I'm talking 95+ pages of comments. It was so heavily spammed that I literally couldn't find my link there.
PR 4 - only 3/8 are still alive (8 promised in package) (among which one - the mainpage is actually PR3, and the direct link is PR0)

Needless to say - ZERO SERP improvement - No SERP on these keywords to this day.

2nd package: PR 6 0/3 links alive (2 promised in package). Rather disappointing
PR 5 7/10 alive. (12 promised in package) Better than previous package for sure, but not what was promised.
PR 4 11/15 alive. (15 promised in package) Close, but still... less than what was guaranteed)

Now, I haven't tested the PR2 and PR3 links just yet, but I can say that on both packages I got 4-5 BONUS PR2 links.
This would usually be nice, but that would only be if the rest of the links were delivered as promised, which in this case they weren't really.

So, in terms of what was delivered compared to what was promised - I'd say 3/5 is being rather generous.


All this being said, there was some light at the end of the tunnel though.
The 1st 2 keywords of the second package have not been SEOd at all until now, so the improvement I got from using SEODON's service alone was quite remarkable. Note though that these are rather low competition keywords, but nonetheless good stuff:

The 3rd keyword is more competitive but is also being SEOd using another service, so I would not attribute the improvement to this service alone.

So, bottom line. Medium package gets 2/5 from me since I didn't get any improvement.
However, the large package gets a nice 4/5 just from the SERP results
I guess he's doing something right here
