Any love you guys can send is appreciated. These are some hard working dudes and they keep it true to hip hop. The first is the new video for their next album. It's more of a radio cut. The second gives you a good picture of what they are about (real hip hop) it features Mac Miller.

You manage the kid (not mac miller)?? I do the same, in dallas I have two friends that rap and I handle there internet marketing shit. Cool stuff.

Not really, just someone I've known for a while, but I plan to help them out. I used to be heavy into music, I just do it for fun now. I've worked with a couple of major artists back in like 2006 (Daz, Gravy and Omillio sparks). These guys just stayed with it and have been tearing up the PGH underground scene.

I couldn't last the whole way through the first song, IMO the guy on the hook's vocals sounded thin and "weak" plus he doesn't do it for me in general. Raps are OK but the beat and structure of the song was way too cookie cutter and unimaginative.

2nd song was sick though, had my head bopping, was relieved, would like to hear more of this.

Thanks for you honest feedback.

Being a white rapper is played out, same goes for black rappers. Actually rap is played out in general, it's a fucking shame.

I've heard some of Mac Miller's shit and it's ok, he has a unique style so he's differentiating a bit which is important but I wouldn't say he's good enough to make me (or many others) give a shit about hip-hop in a genuine and passionate way.

Props on the grind though to your friend as well as Mac Miller. The music itself is ok, the beat is better than the lyrics and flow though, which is a huge problem. The lyrics get lost in the track and sound like any other instrument, not the main show--so to speak.

Mac is better because he avoids this by sort of slowing down with his verses and enunciating better so he stands out and it sounds much better.

that second track is pretty sick. first song is pretty good too for what it is. it is a bit cookie cutter and generic, kinda like a gym class heroes track but the first verse was nice. second was alright. i used to make music too so i can appreciate it for what it is, way better than any shit i ever did.
