When you make a sale through CJ does it come up immediately in your admin area, or do you have to wait for them to report it, if so how long does it take?

It depends on the publisher.
Most publishers show the transactions within 2 hours after the actual transaction, but some publishers "Batch Process Transactions" which means that they only update transactions once a day (or even once every few days).
You can see in the "Advertiser Detail" if the published "Batch Process Transactions" and if they do, when they last updated transactions.
