and to answer the op's question yes and no clickbank has some good stuff

and their payouts are on time and reasonable but make sure you promote the right shit and not make money ebooks:

Click Bank is an all around good company. Their checks are always on time, and I've never had an issue with reporting or anything else to mention it.

They do have a great selection of spammy ebooks I wouldn't read in my dying days on the shitter... but they also have some solid informational programs you can make good money off as well.

Its what you make of it... pretty much with every network

... except Click Booth, they suck balls
 
I like/hate clickbank. I do put up some non-im books, and I sell some other peoples software through there.

It's "BAD" for IM because many webmasters just go buy it with their ID instead of yours - and then they also know if they request a refund they will get it. So if you stay outside of internet marketing / make money crap you can do o.k.

Warning though -- you have to have 5 sales from different countries with a variety of payment methods. Since they started taking paypal it's harder to do. Opened a new account a few months ago and was up to almost a grand before I got my first payment. About 100 paypal payments came through before I got those credit card sales.
