clicks to to test an offer

Hi everyone,

What number of clicks is an indicator for you to stop testing an offer which is far from breaking even? I stop at 100 clicks if an offer doesnt convert at all and 200-300 clicks if it doenst break even.

For me depends on offer payout vs. cost per click. If the payout is high you should afford more clicks. Pretty much if I spent 2x - 4x the payout of the offer and still didn't make any back, I can it or try new ads / demographics.
 
Yeah, that's about how I operate. 2x the payout in ultra-targeted clicks to test.

It depends on the payout, but if it's a higher paying offer ($20+) and you get any conversions at all in 100 clicks (from your ad, not your lp), that's a good sign. Optimize your landing page, ads, kws, etc, and ask for a pay bump.

If it's a zip submit and it's not converting in 100 clicks, gtfo and try a new offer.
