the video is about the fight to be the 'big' guy. the man wants to become 'big' since the 'little' people are walking backwards in their lives. he doesn't want to become 'average' like the 'little' people. he then gets his ass off to work and encounters challenges (being pushed back) along the way (i.e. business failures, huge debts, lack of money, unsupportive friends or family, etc). but still, he somehow gets his breakthrough and finds his way to be a 'big' guy eventually through persistence.
 
i like how the little people are all going in reverse. thats a pretty strong metaphor
 
Even after reading the explanation I've still no idea what that was about! All I saw was people walking backwards and a guy running really fast! :confused:
