CNN.com is streaming Ron Pauls speech right now

Its weird. CNN.com is trying to become a legitimate news sight all of the sudden.

I wouldn't take it that far. From their homepage:

From someone looking at this outwith the U.S - are those results likely to be correct? From what I've read on Reddit/WF RP was mainly in first and second in most other polls, wasn't he?

All I can say as an outsider looking in is that the U.S. is going to be completely fucked soon if you guys don't get someone like Paul elected - and funnily enough, that's the way the power players seemingly want it.

Weird shit.

I'm not anti-old people (getting there myself) but this will be the lowest % Paul likely gets during the race as Florida is the retirement capital of the world.

This is the same generation that built the system we're suffering through now and have understood for 40 years they've been leveraging future generation's prosperity to do so.

It's my opinion that "the great society" has full intention of going down with the ship.

It's the old fogie HQ... This poll might not be tampered with.

Reddit and pretty much every other place online, including liberal bastions like HuffPo, are going to show RP in the lead 95% of the time. That's because old people like retirees aren't members there... Sadly they are the largest demographic of voters here. :(

1. They don't have to "go down with us" because they aren't planning on living long enough to feel the effects.

2. Medicare is the #1 payout of Wealth Redistribution in this country. They know he wants to remove their medicare so fast it would make their dentures spin.

Fucking selfish old fucks. Paul wouldn't get 1 fucking percent in that state. Good on Paul for not wasting a minute campaigning there.

although everyone of us wish ron paul to be elected as president, its very unlikely it seems. Every fucking news source rate him at the very bottom of all polls. a few days back, MSN.com had a vote for your favorite republican party candidate. Guess what, they didnt even bother to include him the poll.

Hey hey! 7%! Not too shabby under the circumstances...

That was the rock fucking bottom folks; no state should land anywhere near this low again.

I know it looks like Romney's about to knock Nevada and the rest of Mormania out of the park, but if Paul sticks to his Delegate-grabbing plan and can count on no less than 10% everywhere else, then this campaign still has teeth. Scrotorum will of course drop out before long and Newt could find himself with no states at all for the rest of this thing... Possibly even dropping out if more of his love life history surfaces in the news.

Lots of people are saying that this is an old people thing. It may very well be but I think another important factor is that Paul essentially ignored Florida. It's a strategic campaign decision. He spent next to no money on advertising there, didn't do as much stumping, etc. The reason for that is Florida is a "winner take all" state. Ron Paul would have to take 1st place for him to get any delegates.
