I need a site that has a landing page and 4 inner pages using CSS, affiliate link code masking, a banner, navigation table with small graphics, optimized for Adsense and SEO, and some YouTube visuals that will probably be provided via direct links via YouTube and Google YouTube.
It is to be a sort of hybrid between a blog and an information site. I have an example site that I like a lot for the designer to use as an inspiration.
Because the person I hired at Rent a Coder flaked on me after 3 extensions, I need this asap. I'm really easy to work with but pretty tired of dicking around, so I'm going to hold the person I work with to a deadline. I can pay via Paypal and I have exceptional eBay feedback (if that helps).
