I'm trying to apply to career related CPA offers, but my application was denied by all three that I applied to. These were manually reviewed applications.
As with all the other networks I work with, I only do direct-linking PPC campaigns straight from Adwords/Facebook. First time working with CJ, but wanted to know if landing pages were required for most of the offers. Any suggestions on how to get approved? CJ's help/FAQ is pretty weak.
