Conspiracy theorists, miscreants, libertarians, and retards...

Because our work requires us to think outside of the box, instead of just mindlessly working for a bi-weekly pay check. Our work also requires a great deal of self-learning, versus just being told what to do.

why do you associate libertarians with the other three? some of the greatest thinkers in the history are libertarian. Milton Friedman and Thomas Jefferson come to mind.

Wouldn't a communist say that Karl Marx is a great thinker? Surely who people consider to be great thinkers are majorly affected by their biases?

This...

The industry is full of Libertarians and if the reason for this isn't obvious to you then get a job with a government department.

As for the others I honestly don't see the connection at all.

Pretty sure I have seen you say how badly you would suck Marx off had he still been alive. I think the exact quote was "boy if Marx was still alive I'd give anything to be his personal fluffer"

I mean I thought it was a little weird, but who am I to judge?

Except retards - that does also seem to come with the territory.

i prefer people who think people in the elites would never talk to each other offshore about business and make extra things with their power and connections.

theres no logical possibility theres no conspiracy there.

what are u like 5, thibnking everybody is doing it for the cause or doesnt want more than he has?

Yes. Karl Marx was a great thinker, he pushed the boundaries. He was still wrong however (And an obnoxious, arrogant man).

There are plenty of scientists who were wrong in many ways, but who still made advances in their fields. Even academics on the opposite "side" would consider Marx a great thinker in many ways. Few people had any idea back then how to try to get rid of poverty and oppression. Most just went along with the status quo.

Marx's solutions may have been off, but he was completely thinking outside the box in an intellectual way, especially for his time. He studied and wrote about a variety of topics, from religion to the Civil War.

"Although dictatorships throughout the twentieth century have distorted his original ideas, his work as a philosopher, social scientist, historian and a revolutionary is respected by academics today."

What about conspiracy theories? Most of the ones should be called facts. Theory makes it sound like it's only 'believed to be true'. See this if you haven't already, it will open your mind. Jesse Ventura, ex-governor:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOWWIDT910I]YouTube - ‪Jesse Ventura Conspiracy Theory - 2012 Part 1 of 6‬‏[/ame]

Whatever happens in 2012, let it be, but see what the government is doing, hidden bases underground an unnecessarily huge and oddly located airport.

What about conspiracy theories?

Shhh... you don't understand how things work in America. Anyone who questions things or events is immediately labeled a conspiracy theorist nutcase, so whatever he/she says is null and void!

Remember, everything happens exactly as it's portrayed in the media. No exceptions!

So affiliate marketing will finally die in 2012? (solar flare = global blackout = no internetz)

How to capitalize on such a situation?

{Conspiracy theorists, miscreants, libertarians, and retards...} Why does our industry seem to be filled with these?
Not a bad topic for your 17th post. Welcome to Wickedfire.

I'll hit these one at a time:

Conspiracy theorists:
Because we have to be smarter than the average forum-goer and the fact is that the world really is full of conspiracy against the stupid masses. -We know damn well because we take advantage of it too in a way. (See the BBC Documentary Century of Self for proof. It's on Youtube.)

Miscreants:
I blame 4Chan for this. I guess the younger generation's sick sense of humor is bringing the average sense of humor down around here... Still kinda funny though. ;)

Libertarians:
Once you are involved in your own business and once you are smart enough to see that the conservative parties of the world (like the republicans in the USA) are not able to deliver their stated promises, you really have no where else to be. It's just an experience thing.

Retards:
They are just passers-by that came for what they perceive as free links and SEO knowledge. (Or the boobs, of course.) 0% of these stick around excepting only for Hellblazer. -But he's certifiably insane so it's hard to count him in with this broad group.

I gotta say, LukeP's obsession with me is getting to be almost as creepy as Subigo's, and that's saying something.
