I think they are definitely crossing the line on claimed benefits, though- I wouldn't have done that in a "health" niche like that.
i used to slam those back in the day, then got a little more health conscious and started reading labels- if High Fructose Corn Syrup is listed in one of the top 5 ingredients, it's definitely bad for you. In fact it's basically like drinking liquid fattener.

I urge you to look into aspartame. One of the most deadly ingredients in the food supply. I'd say it's several times worse than HFCS.
