Convert a .xlxs file

I have a xlxs file that I can't seen to get open. I have office 2003 and tried downloading the converter but all it does is extract a bunch of language files and nothing else. Does anyone here have office 2007 that can save this down to 2003 for me so I can open it? Saving it as a regular 2003 .xls file would be fine too.

If so, PM me and I'll email you the file or something.
