What do you mean. Many networks always have new offers going up and many offers coming down. This happens all the time in these sorts of networks.

A good network, like Copeac, gets more offers all the time. Pausing offers doesn't happen as often, and when it does its nice to have more than a few hours to redirect traffic, but thats the advertisers call. This is just quite a few at one time at the last minute, and although I get most Copeac emails I dug this one out of my SPAM folder. It was more to make sure everyone got the email.
