Copeac Landing Pages

Is it just me or do a lot of Copeac's advertiser's offer landing pages suck? Is there anyway I can create my own landing page for their offers with the necessary information/rules/terms/forms so that the user does not even have to go to their landing page? My CTR from my ad landing page to the offer's landing page is around 93% but from that landing page to completing the offer (submitting a zip code of all things) is a dismal 20%.

20% conversion is great. Unless you're paying a ridiculous amount for clicks, you should be getting a great ROI. I don't see what the problem is. Copeac's zip submit landing pages are just as good as anyone elses..
