Does anyone know how to get sub id's from copeac to put into tracking 202 and find your converted keywords?!! I tried clicking on statistics and clicking sub ids, I ran the report but nothing shows up! And I gave my AM my post back pixel to put into my campaign. Someone help!
 


instead of going to subid stats, go to statistics then click on the "download optional info" button. when you open the csv the subids that converted are listed under the "info" collumn.

i've been having the same problem. I download optional info and my entire csv file is completely blank.
 
The subid report runs internally every few minutes so they don't always show up right away. If you still don't see it after downloading it, there's a chance you are either passing it wrong or the network is having problems. I would guess though if you are new, that you are passing it wrong.

krongel, copeac subid system is the worse of any network, If i didn't have a universial pixel to track subid in place I would stop running copeac offers. I've email jeff several time about not being able to download more than 200 subid at once, recently they made a change where you can't sort by converted subid so I would need to download pages and pages of subid then manually sort in excel. Jeff said he's asked and bitched about getting the subid problem fixed for months and its still not fixed. FIX YOUR SHIT I know aff who no longer run copeac offers because of subid issues.

We have a fix that went in place for this today.

Any comments on how to make it better let me know and ill have our team work on it ASAP
 
we added the ability to pull the sub ID's out in to excel, we can customize this. I can have It work on a display on screen option too.
 
Nothing wrong with it, use the damn SOAP API and you can get all your tracking ids.

People bitch for no reason, try using Hittracks api, it's fucking stupid and you can only hit it once an hour.

Mike,

What people are asking for (or at least I want) is to have the ability to display subid stats for converted leads only on-screen and csv. Currently there is no such option. The new option you guys added allows you to put all the subid stats in one file which is nice but has a lot of useless data from unconverted leads.
 
Hey you guys are all right, I still cant get my sub ids even though you guys updated. Everyones calling me an idiot, but there are hundreds of people who cant find their sub ids on copeac. I had to stop my acai campaign because I dont even know all of my words that converted!
 
This is David from COPEAC, our biggest complaint we were getting about subIDs through our system was that it was limited to downloading only 200 records at a time and people with thousands of subIds had to go through and download page by page. Taking that into consideration I decided to utilize the affiliate API to allow for everyone to download their subIDs into one csv file. We will also work on any suggestions to this fix including an option to only show converted leads only. If anyone has any problems with their subID tracking please PM me and I will take a look at your account and see what the problem may be.

SubID tracking through prosper202(or tracking202) works fine on copeac. The problem is with downloading the subid stats. You are doing something wrong if your subid tracking is not working. Make sure that prosper is appending the subid to your URL string using livehttpheader plugin or something similar.
 
Also one thing to also remember is there are two forms of sub IDs in copeac, there is optional information which is passed in the URL as o= this information is on converted leads only and can be accessed on the main stats section when you click on download optional information. Then there is subID tracking, this tracking is sent through using subid1,subid2, etc up to subid5, this tracking tracks clicks and sales regardless of having an actual sale on the subID; that information is available when you click on the get SubId stats from the stats menu.
