Hi guys , this might be a bit of a weird question but here goes.
I'm building my first website and I have embedded some youtube video's in there, which I didn't create, which I have explicitly stated.
Now I want to put copyright in my website footer, to scare people off from copying off my website.
Is it lllegal to put copright in my footer when I have content on my website that doesn't belong to me?
Thanks in advance.

Guess I'm going to piss some people of then :p
But if it is illegal, why does youtube offer the option to embed other people's videos?
Also I think there is an option on youtube whether or not you allow people to get an embedded link to your video.
So if they got that option turned on, they are pretty much agreeing to share?
Or am I wrong.

You're not 'putting them on your site'. You're embedding LINKS to them. They are hosted on youtube.

Embedding youtube videos is fine. If someone doesn't want their youtube video to be able to be embedded they can disable it.
