Cost of full time outsourced forum poster

Do you have any idea how much it costs to outsource a full time forum poster job?. Create profiles, create threads, reply etc. I not looking for someone to spam forums but to properly create related content and reply accordingly.

Also the full time definition could vary, so the amount of work done can be specified.
