Do you happen to be signed up with Commission Junction with the email address that you received the spam at? I received spam on an account used specifically for just grabbing CJ newsletters, as well as my personal account that's attached to my CJ account. Strange thing is, the CJ newsletters account's email address is completely hidden in CJ...
