I usually create different domains for different niches. this is one of them. The subpages in the menu have images next to ads but main landing page does not. What do you think about the layout? The ad links are same color of the menu headers. The description is same as the meta tags.

I just removed the "advertise on this site" link. It will be removed in 24 hrs.

dont be gay about it. Why not give us the URL if you are asking for our critique? No one is gonna coppy yourshit template that probably took you 10 minutes to code.

He is probably protecting his niche rather than the template. Don't ask gay questions.
 
I like that you have the 250x250 floating inside the content. I would remove the leaderboard and replace it with a 728x15 link block. Personally I've gotten much better results with the header link blocks than banners, but that's just me. My guess is because they look like internal links so people are more willing to click them.
 
just loose the leaderboard all together don't put anything there. but I would test channels first and see whats what before doing anything
