We also assign you a dedicated Client Account Manager to offer support and guidance on strategy.

We are able to deliver the highest quality, most relevant content by leveraging advanced crowdsourcing technology. We access hundreds of writers, all with diverse areas of expertise.

Turnaround time varies from project to project, but most orders are filled within 2 – 3 days. You are able to set a desired processing time (number of days) for each order.

Just placed an order, the interface is really slick. The one thing that concerns me is the price, I realize you need to pay the writers and make a profit but considering one star is over $0.02/word that's quite expensive.

I can get some very good content written for the 0.02 price point and I can get something I'd be happy to have published in a newspaper for the three star rate of $0.08.

That said I'll withhold judgement until I get my content back.

Thanks for the compliment! We are still doing a ton of development on the back end, so you can expect to see more usability features released in the near future.

I understand your concern here, but you need to understand that our network is focused purely on quality. We do not work with writers that do not meet our minimum quality requirements -- therefore, 1 Star on our network should be comparable to some of the best content offered on WF.

Our 3 Star level offers you the best writers on the Internet. Yes, you could happily publish our 3 Star content in a newspaper or on your homepage with excellent results.

I see you already have a 1 Star article back from us. What was the quality like for that price point?

Thanks!

Review

The classic bait and switch!

I added some money into my account at crowdcontent and started off by ordering an 800 word article with the special discount code user 'crowdcontent' gave me here.

When I received the article in my mailbox a day later, I was extremely pleased. It sounded like it belonged in a newspaper - it was that good. Naturally, I was very excited to continue using them. I thought I had finally found a good content provider.

I went ahead and ordered two more articles; both 800 words.

The 2nd article came in the mail a couple days later (delivered late might I add. I set a 24 hr turnaround time). I opened it and thought it was a joke. The quality was 10X worse than the first one. It had spelling errors, poor grammar, and did not even stay on topic. I quickly submitted a revision request. I got the rewritten article the next day in the mail and it was good. Not as amazing as my first article, but still good enough to submit to my money site. So I published it and waited for my 3rd article to come in...

The 3rd article has been a disaster so far. The topic is far from anything complex. It does not require a lot of research. It's actually a bit simpler of a topic than my first two articles. Anyway, they continue to fuck it up.

The first draft sucked. I quickly sent in a revision request expressing my frustration.

I got the 2nd draft a couple days later. IT SUCKED EVEN MORE. I mean... a professional content creation company like crowdcontent should at least use a spellcheck right? These are some of the 'gems' from the article:

“Liability insure is used for other people's prodection because of an accident that you were found at fault.”

(should be “liabilty insurance,” not “liability insure.” Also, he spelled “protection” wrong. All this on top of the fact that the sentence doesn't make sense.)

"Even your own neighboorhood can affect the price of your insurance coverage. If you are married, have a good friving record, and even your credit can both help and hurt your rates."

(mis-spelled "neighborhood" and "driving")

Anyways, I got the 3rd draft in the mail today. It's well-written, but so far off-topic that it looks like they just took an article about "blue pants" and did a find+replace to replace "blue pants" with "yellow cars".

Needless to say, I asked for another revision. I'm not expecting much this time.

I'm done with crowdcontent. All these revision requests are a huge waste of my time. I could've written the articles myself with the time I spent requesting revisions. They tricked me by giving me a high quality article at the beginning and then took all my money and ran with it.

Warning to all WF'ers
- Don't be fooled if they give you a high quality article as a review. They will take your money and then give you shit after shit until you are so frustrated you just walk away a poorer man. Don't be duped!

Hey funlol, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with your third article. I'll be the first to say that the technology behind Crowdcontent is still not perfect. The problem you experienced was due to the fact that we have not rolled out direct order capabilities yet. All orders are submitted to the crowd and are allowed to be claimed by any author cleared for that quality level.

If direct orders were available (which they will be soon), you would have simply selected the same author that wrote your first article, which you were impressed by.

I'd appreciate you not accusing us of a "switch and bait", as that is certainly not the case. You just had a bad experience on one of three articles you sourced from us -- we tried to work with you, the last author didn't perform, end of story.

We stand behind our product 100% and look forward to writing more articles for WF members!
