CSF blocks DNS Bind9 a little while after startup

Hello, I am running CSF and bind9.

After starting server csf start, dns works fine immediately after start. However after a while, DNS stops resolving domains and stopping csf reenables resolving of domains. Please let me know what the problem could be.

Probably you're not forcing port 53 as source. query-source in options.

I am not. I suspected this is the problem but I dont think it is... CSF is suppose to let bind work regardless of query-source

Why it affect the server from resolving domains that it is authoritative for?
