Who here does CL currently and is it worth the effort? How many times do you post a week and in what categories? Any categories that just don't stick?

I'm thinking jewelry, electronics, childcare, etc. Not the biggies that have tons of traffic.

I'm going to test it for a month, then if it works, but one of those autoposters, but before I did that, I was wondering what the consensus on WF was regarding CL.

I've never tried doing any kind of promotion on craigslist but from what I've heard it can be tough, the one thing I've heard of that sounds annoying is when you post something, sometimes it looks like it posted successfully to you but it doesn't actually show up, people call them 'ghost' ads i think. Also be warned I don't think affiliate networks like craigslist traffic.

I do some marketing in craigs. Here is the basis on how not to get ads ghosted:

1. Use image ads only
2. Use a different title every 3-5 posts
3. Change your IP every 5-8 posts

Thats basically it...adsoncraigs.com is a working autoposter.
