Hi, I'm looking into creating my own toolbars starting with IE & Firefox then move on to Safari and Chrome. Can anyone recommend or share their experiences with any of the existing toolbar frameworks out there. I've started tinkering with a few but I hate to reinvent the wheel any advice is welcomed.
The ones I've found so far:
Conduit: Free but limited with their customization, they also appear to take a deep cut of search revenue. They have a bunch of snap in monetization apps already if you want to give up yet more of your revenue.
DyanmicToolbar: It's in beta right now and seems to be direct competition to conduit. This one seems to offer a bit more freedom then conduit but I'm still playing around learning it's traits.
Toolbar Suite: This isn't a free product but I found a torrent kicking around the interwebs. This seems to be the most powerful approach and I'm not afraid of coding will be trying this one out after dynamictoolbar.
