Due to upper management’s decision this morning, CX Digital has decided to pause all GRANT offers EOD tomorrow – March 3rd at 11:59pm. This includes the following:

#5944 - Grant Action - Obama Page - Biz Opp - Free Trial
#5942 - Grant Danger - Biz Opp - Free Trial
#5141 - Grant Every Day
#5583 - Grant Connect - 7 Day Free Trial!
#5841 - CX Digital Exclusive - Grant Writing Express - Free Trial
#4451 - CX Exclusive - Grant Writing Express - 14 Day Free Trial
#4581 - Easy Grant Finder, $1.99 - 7 day Free Trial
#5652 - Grant Search Finder - Obama Creative - Free Trial!
#5906 - Grant Funding Place - Free Trial Offer

This is only applicable to grant offers so our biz opp offers are still live.

There will be an official announcement to affiliates tomorrow but I wanted to give you a quick heads up. Upper management is worried about compliancy and potential lawsuits so they are deciding to take the safe road for now, especially since we’re a public company and are liable to shareholders.

They are asking for the grant advertisers to do the same thing they asked the acai advertisers to do a few weeks ago: make T&C a checkable box that is spelled out in more detail.

CX is public, so they are more cautious than many other networks. This is not, from what I understand, any fundamental shift in grant offers.

However, after their lead legal advisor comes in tomorrow to debrief them, we will potentially know more about what the FTCs concerns are.

I must have missed the part where they added a check box. Or are you talking about the sites moving the terms up from below the fold and displaying it near the submit fields?
