We finally did it.

After all the years of heart ache, after all the years of hearing shit about Dirk being soft and a choker, he silenced all of his critics.

This is the difference between a man and immature kids. Such class and dedication, he never made excuses for himself like the players from other teams do.

Everyone who respects the game, or any competitive sports, should appreciate and give the Dallas Mavericks and Dirk Nowitzki their respect.

I love my Mavs. I'd be lying if I said I didn't get teary eyed.

Went down to the American Airlines Center for the watching party, it's crazy that they sold out 20,000 seats and the team wasn't even there, but it was fucking fun as hell. I live right in the center of Downtown Dallas about a mile from the AAC and it's wall to wall cars between the arena and Main St., cars have been honking continuously for an hour. Shit load of cops everywhere.

congrats mavs, game 6 revealed that they are actually a championship caliber team when the 3 is falling.

miamis got some issues to deal with next season, I wouldnt consider them the favorites next year. Maybe top 5.

This was the highest rated season ever, bigger than the Jordan era.

Congrats to the Mavs. They built a true team this year, players each with their unique skill. Instead of stack and try to build an allstar lineup, they got veterans and young players and built a good mix. Dirk deserved this after the painful loss in 2006. He played his heart out and really wanted one.
