If I understand correctly it's weekly conferences of some of the greatest minds of our time

Yep.. this was for one off the smaller ones, you have to apply to speak first at smaller events like this then will you be voted to speak at the big ones.

Its a great source for both inspiration and wisdom..

Think about the concept of Momentum in Physics and apply it to a campaign.
It's amazing.

I love TED. But I found the Cobley video thoroughly useless - he explained some observations about how branding has changed in recent years, but he didn't recommend any ways to deal with those changes.
Conclusion: when you're marketing director at a monopoly, you begin to lose it.
