Hi,

You have still not provided what i paid for.

I paid for 4 x 300 article, you sent 4 files, but only one has a title. As a writer i'm sure you are aware that the title is very important. Without a title i cant submit to the article sites.

Please supply what i paid for, if not i will be forced to leave a comment on wickedfire explaining that you don't provide what you promise.

I'm not a happy customer at the moment.

Well looks like every thing's there and work has been done. As for title, why can't use you the filename without the extension?

Seriously tell this D-Bag to fucking eat shit and die - then eat more shit.

Dude if you're going to do freelance work you have to be prepared to put up with that shit. I buy tons of content all the time - and I get even more pissy than that guy, because I fucking hate incompetence. If your attitude is 'fuck him', then you shouldn't be doing freelance work, do you know what I'm saying?

Stuff like no titles, no paragraphing or minor grammer/spelling errors piss people off, including myself, because we have to put up with it again and again, and its fucking irritating to have to go over something yourself and waste time arguing with the service provider when the whole point of outsourcing that bit of work was to save time.

Either do the fucking work properly, exactly how the client wants it, or don't offer the service at all.

I haven't seen your work, so I'm not bashing it, I'm talking about keeping clients happy.

Yes, you have to be prepared for stupid / simply unsatisfied customers. In this case, you could have resolved the problem by replying to his email explaining that the titles were the file names for text files.

If every person and business discontinued their services after one small problem / complaint, there would be very few businesses on this planet.

Promotional codes and coupons, whether offered directly from manufacturers or from retailers, offer consumers the opportunity to buy premium products at discount prices. Finding promotional codes and coupons can be very simple if one uses the proper methodology first of one should know the true price of any item they wish to I need a promotional code or coupon for without understanding the true price of an item it is very difficult to determine if a promotional code or coupon is worth pursuing their own little research before selecting a promotional code or coupon can be a very valuable thing

Many of the major retailer web sites including Amazon.com, offer a promotional codes. Simply navigating to the site and using their search feature to search for promotional codes and coupons can often result in substantial savings. Online forums, chat rooms and sites dedicated exclusively to promotional codes and coupons are also a great resource for finding promotional codes and coupons. However, one should be careful when browsing the sites as not all promotional code and coupons sites are created equally.

For the most part, finding promotional codes and coupons is easy and simple to do online however not all products have online promotional codes and coupons that are directly provided by the manufacturer of the product. This does not mean that promotional codes and coupons don't exist for this product it simply means that the manufacturer has elected not to offer promotional codes and coupons at this time. Retailers however, often offer their own promotional codes and coupons for products they wish to sell. Therefore, checking both the manufacturer in the retailer's web site is a better method of finding promotional codes and coupons then checking only one of these sources.

to be honest i only looked at one article but the above one was kinda hard to read... *pasted exactly as it came from notepad...

Hazzan: I can't be arsed reading you articles, but if you really need something to blow of some steam after dealing with customers... well, this site is all good: Customers Suck! Cartoon - powered by Walrus

That said, demon's right. If you can't take people being douchey about a product they're paying for, don't provide the service... It'll just be grief in your life that you don't need. No one wants a stomach ulcer working for $20/hr... save it for $23.50 ;)
Seriously though, providing a product/service is more than just providing the product/service itself. You have to wear your shit eating grin, no matter how stupid the person the other side of the counter is. I learnt that the hard way selling booze to people that asked why I didn't recommend Jim Beam when they asked for a scotch recomendation...

Yea don't sweat it, a $15.00 customer is not worth getting worked up over. I laughed at his message:

As a writer i'm sure you are aware that the title is very important.
This guy reminds me of Milton from Office Space

Sometimes clients are assholes because they've been burned before. You can't blame them for that. Your client did seem to jump the gun a bit but a polite explaination would have surely quelched that.

Some of the most demanding and seemly problematic clients I've ever had turned out to be good clients and good friends in the long run.

P.S. You need the grammar check those articles.
