I suggest contacting their ISP and getting them to stop hosting the website. Or contact the ad companies they are using to cut off their cash flow as well.

Yeah, I gave him some really "nice" words alright, but I don't know if he's ignoring me, or just hasn't gotten the message yet. I just really want to mess his stuff up.

#1-If you act aggressive, he/she will fight back. Bears trapped in corners and all.....

#2-If its a BIG deal, go through legal channels. Otherwise, forget about it.
