deleting keywords in excel.

I'm running an offer for US only offer. However I have a 3000+ keyword list that includes terms like UK or Canada.

Is there a way to delete these keywords with Excel or another program without having to go to each separate row? I tried looking for a macro but nothing yet.

Do a find and replace: Find "UK" replace with ""

Set up a filter on your keyword column and filter for only those items with the terms you don't want in. Highlight rows. Press Delete. Go to the pub.
